Airtight testing In December.

the airtightness test. we need to get a value of 0.6 to keep us on track for a passive house standard we got 0.3. to put this in to context a new build house should have a result of 5, but could pass with a result of 10. So very happy about this result we just need to keep working as carefully as we have and keep the house as airtight as we can.

Finally the scaffolding has come down and we can see our home. there was still more insulation to put  in the roof structure. then to fit the airtight ply wood to the ceilling and to tape all the joints and get ready for the airtight test in December.
